🚀 About the Role

We’re looking for someone to support our customers as they use nunu.ai. In this role, you’ll become a specialist in our platform and help customers with any questions or issues they encounter. You’ll actively monitor and engage in our customer communication channels (Slack, email, etc.) and serve as the go-to person for all platform-related inquiries.

🎯 Responsibilities

  1. Customer Success: Be the first point of contact for customer questions and non-technical issues
  2. Support users via Slack, email, and other channels with clear and timely responses
  3. Become a power-user of nunu.ai and guide customers on best practices
  4. Collect customer feedback and share insights with the product and engineering teams
