Job Description

You are the main person responsible for developing/maintaining/benchmarking/improving our AI agents. This will mainly involve trying out a lot of things on a high level, implement new trends or models, and benchmark their performance. You need to be the person that is itching to try out any new model or trend on twitter while also filtering out the noise. You will be the person knowing the in’s and out’s of all different Over time you will learn the rest of our stack and can help out in other areas.

• Build the best AI agent to play/test video games!
• Staying up to date with SOTA AI trends and news.
• Expand our internal benchmark for our AI agents.

📋 Requirements

We hire smart and passionate people who are ready to learn fast. None of these requirements are hard constraints, but they certainly help:

• Must be smarter than the founders.
• Deep understanding about LLMs (Function calling, Embeddings, Prompt caching, …).
• Deep understanding of AI systems (Mixture of Experts, Multimodalities, Reasoning models, …) .
• Excellent Software Engineering skills. It’s a lot of coding!
• Ability to debug large asynchronous systems.
• Proficient in prompt engineering :)
• Passion for your craft.
