Job Description

You are a full-stack engineer with a focus on anything related to AI. You are the main person responsible for developing/maintaining/benchmarking/improving our AI agents. This will mainly involve trying out a lot of things on a high level, implement new trends or models, and benchmark their performance. You need to be the person that is itching to try out any new model or trend on twitter while also filtering out the noise. Over time you will learn the rest of our stack and can help out in other areas.

🎯 Responsibilities

• Staying up to date with SOTA AI trends and news
• Expand our internal benchmark for our AI agents
• Implement different AI frameworks for our Agents

📋 Requirements

We hire smart and passionate people who are ready to learn fast. None of these requirements are hard constraints, but they certainly help:

• Must be smarter than the founders
• Software Engineering experience
• Deep understanding of AI (Familiar with methods of training and fine-tuning large multimodal models)
• Ability to debug large asynchronous systems
• Proficient in prompt engineering :)
• Passion for your craft
